Material Selection Process
Every Item that we select right from Main Equipments to Ancillary parts goes through a rigorous Selection process with the help of our Digital Platform, PROMASCH.
The Digital Platform contains a List of all MEP parts with Detailed specifications of each of these items. These detailed specifications are based on Certain Broad Criterias namely Design Requirement, Manufacturing Descriptions, Installation/Mounting Description, Aesthetics like Colour,Finishing, Third Party Certifications, Sizing Requirements, Project Limitations (Like Sound Level, Hazardous area etc.), Method of Operation, Maintainability & many more…
This level of detailing helps us select the right material and avoids oversight of any kind while ordering the Material

We do not confuse Clients by giving ambiguous & subjective Project Status reports & updates. We believe that at any point of Time a Project has 1 status in terms of 6 Milestones namely Drawing Status, Material Requisitioning, Material Ordering, Material Delivery, Material Installation & Testing & Commissioning. Through Digitization, we are able to track the exact status of a Project in terms of all these Milestones across 1000s of Materials & across every Area of the Project. This status is Transparently available to the Customer for review as well.
Synergising Execution with Project & Time Management
Promasch helps us link & synergise our Execution process to the Client Master Schedule. It hence intelligently monitors all Milestones of the Project across all sub-Areas of the Project based on Proposed/Planned Timelines. This helps us track imminent delays so that all Milestones are delivered on time. We are always able to see a comparison between Planned Timelines & Actually Delivered Timelines.
